These terms govern the use of the website espiralcrossmedia.com.br. By browsing it, you agree to the conditions below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of the site

This is an institutional website. It exists to present who we are, what we do and some of the projects we have delivered, and to receive enquiries from anyone interested in our services.

We do not sell products or services here. No information published constitutes a commercial proposal, a quotation or a commitment to contract. Business relationships with Espiral are always formalised in a dedicated contract, which prevails over any content on this site.

3. Intellectual property

What is ours

All content on this site — text, layout, code, animations, visual identity, the spiral symbol, trademarks, videos and images produced by us — belongs to Espiral Crossmedia or is used under licence.

Without our written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute the site’s content
  • Use our brand, our symbol or our materials in any piece, presentation or publication
  • Modify, adapt or create derivative works from this content
  • Extract content by automated means, including data scraping and collection for training systems

You may, freely: browse the site, share page addresses and quote short excerpts with clear attribution.

What belongs to third parties

The site displays brands and projects of clients and partners. Those brands belong to their respective owners and appear here solely to identify work we have carried out. Their display transfers no rights over them and does not authorise their use by third parties.

4. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

5. Contact form

By sending a message through the form, you declare that the information is true and that you are authorised to provide it.

We will respond to enquiries relevant to our activity, but sending a message does not oblige us to reply, engage or provide any service.

Do not send confidential, sensitive or privileged information through this channel. To discuss matters of that nature, get in touch so we can agree on an appropriate channel.

6. Availability and content

We work to keep the site available and up to date, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of faults — there may be downtime for maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control.

Published content is informational and may be changed or removed at any time without notice. Projects shown reflect work delivered in a given context and do not represent a guarantee of results in new projects.
